Hawks (Yr 5 & 6)

Welcome to Hawk Class!


The teacher in Hawks is Mrs Dee

The LSA in our class is Mrs Ingram

Our PE days are Monday and Wednesday. Please ensure that your child has their PE kits in school on these days. 

Home Learning 

  • This will be set on a Friday and is due on the following Wednesday. All homework can be found on Google Classroom.
  • The home learning will be: Spellings, Times Tables, Maths, English and Reading.
  • Spelling will be given on a Friday and tested on the following Friday.
  • Practice Times Tables of TTRockstars, preferably 10 minutes every day.
  • Maths will be fluency-based questions. Complete questions in orange Home Learning book and upload to Google Classroom.
  • English will be either a short passage to read or Reading Comprehension. Your child can answer all the Reading Comprehension questions on Google Classroom.
  • Read with your child at least 3 times a week and record in their Reading Record.
